 Mari/Jan/Erens I just want to take this opportunity to thank you Jan and Erens for the outstanding service that we received. We hesitated with the installation of our swimming pool due to the fact of hearing so many stories of pool companies who disappear and there is no after service. Relocating from Durban to Paarl we are not familiar with the different pool companies and after obtaining several quote's for the same pool we where amazed at the difference is in price and what we were offered. We were blown away with Jan who accepted our word for payment after he had completed the pool. There are not many people like him who live up to his word. The installation team (Mike and his helpers) were excellent. While digging and removing thousands of rocks they never complained about the extreme heat that they worked in. The process from the beginning to the end has been a good experience. This is a company that lives up to their word. Your after-sales service is spot on.  Goeie More Jan Ek wil net graag van die geleentheid gebruik maak om jou en jou span geluk te wens met die puik en vinnige diens wat ons ontvang het met die installering van ons swembad. Groot was my verbasing toe ek die eerste aand van die werk kom dat die gat gegrawe was en die tipbak reg staan om alle sand te verwyder. Die manne het soos miere heen en weer gehardloop met die kruiwaens om die sand in die bak te kry. Dit was reeds laat maar julle het niks ontsien om ons perseel in orde te kry voor almal huistoe is nie. Elke aand as die manne huistoe gaan was ons perseel skoon en netjies agtergelaat. Elke afspraak en belofte wat jy gemaak het, het jy nagekom. Binne een week kon ons die swembad geniet. Nogmaals baie dankie.

 Ek en my man het sowat 3 jaar gelede ons swembad laat insit deur Mnr Jan Mostert. Ek kan met eerlikheid s� dat selfs na 3 jaar ons steeds uitstekende diens van hom kry. Die geringste probleem wat ons ervaar, kan ons maar net die telefoon optel en hy is dadelik daar om te kom kyk na die pomp of Ph van die water. Niks is ooit te veel vir hom om dadelik in sy voertuig te spring en uit te kom, 'n mens kan altyd op sy woord staatmaak. Sy eerlikheid en na-diens rekord getuig van opregtheid en Integriteit. Ek en my man het al vele van ons vriende na hom verwys en almal is hoogs tevrede met die produk wat hul ontvang. Ek kan Mnr Jan Mostert te enige tyd aanbeveel indien u 'n swembad wil laat insit en wat 'n plesier om met sulke mense besigheid te doen!"

 Baie dankie aan Jan en sy span Om een keer in jou lewe goeie diens te kry van n besigheid is n ongelooflike ervaring maar om twee keer van die selfde besigheid diens te kry is voorwaar n ongelooflike ervaring. Ons het in 2010 die eerste keer kennis gemaak met Tygerberg swembaddens en dit was toe al die wenner in die mark as dit by pryse en diens kom. Geen een van die ander maatskappye het hulle geklop by prys en diens nie. Toe ons weer in die posisie kom om n swembad te installeer het ons geensins n ander kwotasie gekry nie ons het reguit vir Jan gebel en als was in n japtrap gedoen. Baie dankie Jan ek sal enige tyd weer trek na n huis sonder n swembad solank jy in die mark bly!!!

 We recently contracted Tygerberg Pools to make and install a new pool at our home. What a pleasure. Jan is open all the way and explains everything to you up front including any potential other costs you may incur. While the quality, attention to detail and neatness were top class, it's their service that really puts them streets ahead. Jan and Ernst kept in touch the whole time and were always available to talk to - no excuses or nonsense. True professionals. In my experience this not standard in the pool industry. I would recommend them to my mother-in-law.

 Tygerberg Pools keeps all promises! Finally a pool installer that keeps his promises! Jan Mostert of Tygerberg Pools gave us a quote to partly fill in our old big pool and fit a smaller new pool in the place thereof. From the start Jan was knowledgeable and honest with his recommendations and quote. He promised work to be completed within a week and a half. We could not believe it, as we had a pool installed previously by a well-know company and they did NOT deliver on time. Well, exactly a week and a half later the job was done, pool running, paving completed, site cleaned, etc. Well done to Jan and his team, it is so good to get good customer service and proper workmanship. We are so glad we chose Tygerberg Pools!

 GETUIGSKRIF: Ek en my man was altyd skepties en huiwerig om 'n swembad te installeer - mens hoor so baie van swak vakmanskap en die foute "dop" mos altyd 'n paar maande na die werk voltooi is uit nadat die eienaar van 'n swembad besigheid al weg is, en om dan weer diens te ontvang is so goed soos jy soek "wors in 'n hondehok" 'n Goeie vriend van my man het ons verwys na Jan, sy woorde was: "Jul sal nie verkeerd gaan nie" En ek moet erken ek het steeds my bedenkinge gehad, ek en my man was vantevore al vele kere "ingeloop", ek het geen versekering gehad dat ons hierdie keer goeie diens en waarde vir geld gaan kry nie ! Maar my seuntjie het met blink ogies uitgesien na 'n swembad want hy is versot op swem, en ons het toe vir Jan gekontak... Tygerberg Pools, Swimming PoolsJan het vir ons 'n kwotasie kom gee, en ons was baie tevrede met wat hy gebied het en die werk is voltooi. Ons erf is 'n skuinserf en dit maak die werk selfs moeiliker, baie grond moes weggery word om die grond oppervlak sodoende gelyk te kry om die swembad te installeer, en was dit ietwat van 'n probleem, maar Jan het gekom met die oplossing : "Ons bou 'n keermuur wat ons gaan "cladd" - en in my wildste drome het ek nooit kon dink dit sal so mooi vertoon nie - almal wat ons swembad gedeelte sien, komplimenteer ons oor die "stunning" effek wat dit skep: die swembad, die pavers, die keermuur en plantbox vorm 'n pragtige eenheid. Wanneer ons vrae het soos hoe die chloronator werk, is Jan gou daar om persoonlik te kom wys ! Dit noem ek klientediens ! My vriende wat die foto's sien van ons swembad, wil nou almal net swembaddens installeer! En as hul hoor hoe ek vir Jan aanprys, is hul nog meer opgewonde ! Ons is vir Jan baie dank verskuldig dat hy ons agterplaas in 'n absolute lushof omskep het ! GENIET DIE POOLPARTIES !!
